All rates are per tennis player.

• Prices are subject to change.

• Cancellations received less than 24 hours before class are non-refundable.

• Rain cancellations must be officially designated as such by the instructor no less than 1 hour before the scheduled time of the lesson

• Cancellations due to rain will not be charged

• The coach/instructor reserves the right to refuse service or remove a member from the class if he/she deems a safety risk or harassment of any kind towards students, coaches, instructors, or locals/residents in or around the tennis court.

• Group lessons are a maximum of 8 players per court

• Group lessons will be cancelled if less than 2 players are registered

• Registration for classes closes 2 hours before the scheduled time

• No-shows without prior cancellation within the allotted time frame will be charged in full

• Mitsui compound tennis courts are run by the Embassy Welfare Association “EWA”, EWA is a membership-based service and the EWA members have a different pricing scheme and access to the tennis courts and our coaching services

• Non-EWA members who want to participate in tennis or other services provided by F and F Inc., must register through F and F, Tennis in Tokyo, Tokyo Tennis International, or its affiliates and pay a membership fee

• Access to the compound is done through the EWA and its security services. Names for access must be submitted before the 25th of each month to have access to the courts. This holds for students and all parents/guardians who would be accompanying the student to the courts

• A government ID is required to enter the security gate at the Mitsui Compound. Missing class due to being denied access to the compound due to student error is not to be refunded. The class will be refunded if the missed class was due to an error on behalf of F and F or its affiliates. 

• There is no refund or discount for arriving late to the lesson/class.

• The Mitsui Compound is a US government-related entity, they have the ultimate say over the attendance, security, and applications of current or would-be students. 

• F and F Inc. reserves the right to review and change these terms and conditions at any time.  We will give you 7 days notice of any changes and obtain your consent to such changes before any updates

• Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or paid through the online portal.
